Way up high, on a cliff in the sky

Lives a sacred home with 24 others nearby

Built in the 1400’s, it was very hard to reach

Only by rope, ladder and a basket could you breach

Now there is a road, and 140 steps to climb

Well worth the trek, since the view is sublime

A British secret agent made this place known

Defeating the enemy here, and saving the world all on his own.
